Job Description:
As a GO AI Associate, you will be working from home under a 6-month contract. Your main responsibility will be to watch videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center, understand them thoroughly, and use human judgment combined with tools to annotate the activities captured in the videos. This role is operational and requires high accuracy and thoroughness in video/image annotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify or mark the location of products using a tool while maintaining high accuracy.
- Perform precise and thorough video/image annotations.
- Demonstrate commitment to meet deadlines, mental toughness, and consistency in performance.
- Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts (9-hour shifts including breaks).
- Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon’s policy if applicable.
- Rotational two-consecutive day off per week (5-day working week).
About the Team:
GO-AI provides human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities by enabling hands-free active stowing through visual annotations on videos/images. The goal is to review and annotate videos thoroughly, helping to maintain stow quality at fulfillment centers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- 0 to 24 months of experience in any domain with good logical reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Non-engineering academic background
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent listening and data accuracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrable understanding of the Internet and basic computer tools/applications
Important Notes:
- Candidates must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to Bangalore.
