Job Description:
Quality Control Officer / Senior Officer / Executive:
- Qualifications: M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Microbiology
- Experience: 2 to 10 years in QC departments
- Skills:
- Expertise in HPLC, GC, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, FTIR, Melting point, Dissolution Apparatus
- Regulatory exposure (USFDA, MHRA, EU, Brazil ANVISA, TGA, WHO)
- Analysis and documentation of finished products and stability samples
- Good laboratory practices and regulatory requirements
- Operation and calibration of QC instruments (Analytical balance, PH meter, HPLC, GC, LCMS)
- Investigation of Laboratory Incidents, Out of Specification results, and OOT
- Handling Chromeleon 7.2
Reviewer-QC:
- Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in QC departments
- Skills:
- Knowledge of SOPs, STPs, Stability protocols/reports, and Standards
- Calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments
- Method Transfer / Validation / Verification and Dissolution Samples Analytical Protocols
- Proficient in HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, GC
- Sampling & Analysis of Raw Materials, Finished goods, and Stability
- Supervising analytical work and documentation as per 21 CFR Part 11 compliance
- Handling Chromeleon 7.2 and SAP
