About the Department
The Clinical Reporting unit at GBS has seen significant growth since its inception in 2011. Our team of skilled medical writers, disclosure medical writers, publishers, and document controllers brings expertise in life sciences, pharmacology, and medicine. With an average of 7-8 years of experience, we drive impactful communication on clinical trials and contribute to regulatory commitments, including public disclosure activities.
The Position
As a Medical Writer, you will:
- Ensure timely, clear, and proactive communication with global stakeholders and colleagues.
- Work across different time zones and professional environments.
- Plan your work effectively, address problems proactively, and seek advice when needed.
- Improve the quality of clinical documents by challenging expert contributors.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and mentoring other medical writers.
- Travel frequently to HQ, CMRs, conferences, and courses worldwide.
Qualifications
- Graduate (PhD, MSc, M Pharm, or equivalent).
- 4+ years of experience as a medical writer or relevant role.
- Experience working in a global setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory document requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a variable workload.
- Committed, persistent, and accountable.
