1. Intern, Field Operations

The Field Operations Intern will support data-driven commercial execution through analytics, reporting, dashboard preparation, data validation, and field performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support data-driven field and commercial execution processes.
- Perform trend identification and variance analysis.
- Build automated data validation and quality checks for input datasets.
- Assist in preparing dashboards and reports for headquarters stakeholders and field teams.
- Maintain process documentation, including SOPs, trackers, and workflows.
- Support field target setting, incentive design and modelling, incentive operations, and reporting.
- Prepare field performance reports and insights.
- Communicate progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and relevant updates to stakeholders.
- Follow internal operating procedures and applicable legal, IT, and HR requirements.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must be graduates or postgraduates in any of the following fields:
- Technology

Required Skills
- Data ETL platforms: Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Snowflake, and Dataiku.
- Workflow management and automation tools, including SharePoint and Microsoft Power Apps.

2. Intern AI & Data Science

The AI & Data Science Intern will work with data engineers and subject matter experts on enterprise data, data pipelines, machine learning, and Generative AI prototypes. The internship provides practical exposure to data engineering and AI applications in business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, transform, and analyse data using SQL and Python/PySpark.
- Write and optimise SQL queries for structured datasets.
- Support data pipeline development and feature engineering workflows.
- Assist in building and testing Agentic AI modules.
- Help prototype Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
- Perform data quality checks and dataset validation.
- Document code, analysis, and project learnings.
- Collaborate with team members using Agile and sprint-based execution.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates must be currently pursuing an M.Tech or MS in:
- Computer Science with Data Science or AI subjects, or
- A closely related field.
Required Technical Skills
- SQL: Queries, joins, and aggregations.
- Python: Data processing and basic scripting.
- PySpark or Spark SQL: Exposure through coursework or projects.
- Data fundamentals: Data structures, databases, and data processing concepts.
