Roles & Responsibilities

Production

• Operate compression, coating, granulation and blending equipment.
• Follow cGMP guidelines and applicable SOPs.
• Complete BMR and production documentation accurately.
• Ensure ALCOA/ALCOA+ compliance.

Packing

• Perform blister packing and secondary packaging operations.
• Handle cartoners and serialization equipment.
• Maintain packaging documentation.
• Support preventive maintenance and validation activities.
• Follow USFDA, EU-GMP and WHO GMP requirements.

Warehouse

• Handle centralized warehouse operations.
• Manage GRN, GDP, ALCOA+ and SOP compliance.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production and Accounts.

Engineering Projects

• Monitor project timelines and execution.
• Coordinate procurement and contractor activities.
• Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
