Roles & Responsibilities
Production
- Operate compression, coating, granulation and blending equipment.
- Follow cGMP guidelines and applicable SOPs.
- Complete BMR and production documentation accurately.
- Ensure ALCOA/ALCOA+ compliance.
Packing
- Perform blister packing and secondary packaging operations.
- Handle cartoners and serialization equipment.
- Maintain packaging documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance and validation activities.
- Follow USFDA, EU-GMP and WHO GMP requirements.
Warehouse
- Handle centralized warehouse operations.
- Manage GRN, GDP, ALCOA+ and SOP compliance.
- Maintain inventory records and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production and Accounts.
Engineering Projects
- Monitor project timelines and execution.
- Coordinate procurement and contractor activities.
- Ensure documentation and audit readiness.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
