Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals.
- Providing scientifically accurate and compliant responses.
- Documenting medical information cases according to SOPs.
- Reviewing and maintaining medical information records.
- Coordinating with cross-functional pharmaceutical teams.
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Managing medical communication within defined turnaround times.
- Supporting quality and compliance initiatives within the MICC.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should ideally possess one of the following:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Life Sciences Graduate/Postgraduate
- Relevant experience in Medical Information or MICC
For the Senior Medical Information Specialist role, prior Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) experience is mandatory.
