Eligibility & Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical and medical concepts
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical information queries from HCPs, patients and internal stakeholders through calls and emails.
- Provide accurate, compliant and scientifically balanced information.
- Document and track inquiries according to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, audit and TAT standards.
Employment Terms
- 18-month employment bond
- First month’s salary hold: The first month’s salary will be held and released upon successful completion of one year of service.
