Position
Analyst – Technical Writer
The Analyst – Technical Writer will coordinate technical-writing projects from planning through delivery and prepare or update customer-facing and controlled documents, including user guides, customer letters, package inserts, and templates.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical-writing projects from planning through delivery.
- Prepare and update customer-facing documents such as user guides, customer letters, package inserts, and templates.
- Support rebranding and standardization of user guides and controlled content.
- Identify documentation requirements and follow up on open items.
- Communicate project progress clearly.
- Work with stakeholders across geographies to establish priorities, deadlines, and deliverable schedules.
- Coordinate multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in onsite training and apply relevant processes and tools.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A university postgraduate degree in MSc Life Science, Chemistry, or related fields such as Biotechnology and Biochemistry.
- Up to 1 year of technical writing experience.
- Experience preparing or editing scientific, technical, or product documentation.
- Published research papers in indexed journals.
- Familiarity with document templates, content management, or document rebranding activities.
- Interest in Life Science products and the ability to understand and communicate scientific information clearly.
- Ability to work with geographically remote teams and projects.
