- Sales Generation: You will be responsible for generating or converting doctors for our diverse product portfolio, ensuring that we meet and exceed our secondary sales targets through effective prescription generation strategies.
- Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs including top physicians, endocrinologists, and cardiologists is essential. Your ability to establish these connections will be a key driver of our success.
- Product Knowledge and Communication: A deep understanding of our products is vital, alongside excellent communication skills to articulate benefits to healthcare professionals. You will be expected to handle customer queries effectively, providing insightful and informed responses.
- Sales Reporting: Daily sales reporting will be part of your routine, ensuring that all metrics and targets are tracked effectively.
- Pharmacovigilance: Part of your role will involve collecting and reporting adverse drug reactions (ADRs) to our local Patient Safety team, demonstrating our commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate would preferably have a degree in Science or Pharmacy, and possess 1-2 years of experience within a pharmaceutical setting. This position is particularly well-suited for fresh graduates eager to dive into the dynamic world of pharma sales.
