Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Ensure customer service is top-notch and meets company standards.
- Prescription Consulting: Consult with patients and handle their prescriptions.
- Inventory Management: Arrange medicines in racks and medical boxes, manage expiry medications.
- Sales: Recommend alternative brands of the same molecule, answer customer queries in person or by phone, and sell OTC medicines.
- Billing: Process bills using computer software, handle cash transactions, and deposit money in the bank.
- Audits: Conduct accurate weekly audit processes.
- Reports: Monitor and analyze drug expenditures and provide reports as required.
- Customer Relationships: Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
