The Medical Information Associate role is based in Hyderabad, India, and supports the Medical Affairs and Pharmacovigilance (PV) team for North America. This role involves managing the medical information database, creating scientific documents, and collaborating closely with the Medical Information Call Center (MICC). The Medical Information Associate is a key contributor to Dr. Reddy’s Medical Information Strategy, ensuring the quality and availability of product information.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create high-quality, scientifically accurate medical response documents to meet customer inquiries and support medical objectives.
- Call Center Support: Provide guidance to the MICC on escalated inquiries and assist with training.
- Medical Content Review: Collaborate with internal teams to review medical content for external customers, aiding in product access and launch preparedness.
- SOP Management: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure vendor compliance with training.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance teams to provide necessary medical information and product database maintenance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate emerging trends and quality issues to relevant teams.
- Vendor and Project Management: Participate in initiatives within the Medical Information (MI) team and across functions to enhance database efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Pharm D required
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in medical information or related fields
- Technical Skills:
- Strong medical writing capabilities
- Familiarity with global regulatory and compliance standards
