Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking motivated entry-level Manufacturing Associates to join its biotech production team in Walkersville, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to launch their careers in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) procedures following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Monitor biotech manufacturing processes and maintain accurate documentation (both written and electronic) in compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices).
- Conduct routine cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of production equipment and workspaces.
- Support 6S initiatives (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) to ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related scientific field.
- 0–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or laboratory setting (prior GMP experience is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of biotech manufacturing processes.
