🧪 Key Responsibilities

🔬 Officer – Quality Control

• Analysis of stability and finished product samples
• Compilation of reports as per ALCOA & GDP guidelines
• Operation and maintenance of UV, Dissolution, pH meter, balances
• Stability chamber monitoring and tracker maintenance
• Charging and withdrawal of stability samples as per protocols
• Ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance

🧫 Executive – Production Microbial

• Execution of upstream fermentation batches as per BPR
• Operation of fermenters (100L/200L), centrifuge, homogenizer
• CIP/SIP execution and documentation
• Preparation of SOPs, BPRs, protocols, and reports
• Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPAs
• Technology transfer from R&D to Manufacturing
• Coordination with Engineering for equipment maintenance

🧪 Trainee Officer – Production Microbial

• Autoclaving, decontamination, and waste disposal
• Media and buffer preparation
• Glassware washing and DHS activities
• Cleanroom disinfectant preparation and cleaning
• Batch monitoring and production support
• Compliance with cGMP, safety, and hygiene standards

🎓 Qualifications Required

Officer – Quality Control

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc
• 2–4 years of QC or stability experience

Executive – Production Microbial

• Postgraduate in Microbiology
• B.Tech Biotechnology / Chemical Engineering
• 5–10 years of biotech/pharma industry experience

Trainee Officer – Production Microbial
