Roles and Responsibilities
Filling Department
- Operate and monitor nasal and topical formulation filling activities.
- Handle filling, capping and packaging equipment.
- Maintain production records and compliance documentation.
- Follow GMP and safety guidelines.
Packing Department
- Perform packing activities for nasal formulations.
- Operate labeling, cartoning, printing and scanning systems.
- Ensure packaging quality and batch documentation.
- Support eBMR-related activities.
Quality Control – Nasal, Derma, MDI & DPI
- Analyze finished products using assay, related substances and physical testing methods.
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, UV, pH meter and spray view systems.
- Maintain GMP compliance and data integrity standards.
- Prepare and review QC documentation.
Quality Control – Ophthalmic
- Conduct analysis of ophthalmic finished products.
- Perform dissolution, related substances and particle size analysis.
- Operate HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer and other QC instruments.
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- ITI, Diploma or B.Sc for Associate positions.
- B.Pharm or M.Sc for Officer/Executive positions.
- Relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing or QC experience.
- USFDA and MHRA regulatory exposure is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GMP and documentation practices.
Salary and Benefits
Lupin has not disclosed the official salary package. Based on industry standards, selected candidates may receive a salary in the range of approximately ₹2.5 LPA to ₹12 LPA depending on role, qualification, experience and interview performance.
