Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive in the Analytical Sciences group, you will:

• Develop and validate physicochemical analytical methods
• Work on monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using CHO or murine cell lines
• Perform method development for batch release testing
• Conduct characterization of structural attributes of biologics
• Utilize analytical tools such as:
  • SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, CEX
  • Capillary electrophoresis (Maurice)
  • NP-HPLC for glycan profiling
  • DLS, DSC, CD spectroscopy
  • SEC-MALS and spectrophotometry
• Support product purity and identity testing for biologics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards

Required Qualifications & Skills

Candidates applying for this role should have:

• M.Sc. in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences
• 1–2 years of experience in biosimilars or biologics
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and techniques
• Understanding of monoclonal antibodies and related products
• Knowledge of statistical tools like GraphPad or JAMP
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
