Key Responsibilities
As an Officer in Medical Information and Pharmacovigilance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety through the following responsibilities:
Daily Checks
You will be responsible for checking the medical inquiry email box, fax machine, phone, and postal mail daily for adverse events, medical inquiries, and product inquiries.
Tracking and Handling
Manage medical inquiries according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and Guidelines.
Database Management
Log and update inquiries in the Medical Information database to maintain accurate records.
Safety ID Creation
Assist in creating Safety IDs in the global safety database as necessary.
Support Medical Reviewers
Collaborate with designated medical reviewers to ensure thorough follow-ups on medical inquiries and communicate responses efficiently.
Reconciliation of Inquiries
Reconcile medical inquiries received from clients, affiliates, and business partners to maintain accuracy in information.
Acknowledgment of Events
Reconcile and acknowledge adverse events and product complaints emails as stipulated in the Safety Data Exchange Agreement (SDEA) and Product Management Plan (PMP).
Documentation Preparation
Prepare and maintain required documents such as SDEA, SOPs, and Work Instructions (WIs).
Audit Support
Assist with preparations for audits and inspections and participate when appropriate.
Response Communication
Draft and communicate inquiry responses in coordination with designated medical reviewers.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Lambda Therapeutic Research prefers candidates with the following qualifications:
- Educational Background: B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm D (preferably in Pharmacology), Nursing, or BDS.
- Experience: Candidates with 0-1 year of experience, but fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
