Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work within the Analytical Sciences Group and contribute to physicochemical analytical method development for biosimilars and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate physicochemical analytical methods for biologics
- Perform characterization of monoclonal antibodies and biosimilars
- Utilize analytical techniques such as:
- SEC-HPLC
- RP-HPLC
- CEX
- Maurice (Capillary Electrophoresis)
- NP-HPLC for glycan analysis
- DLS
- DSC
- CD Spectroscopy
- SEC-MALS
- Support batch release testing and method qualification
- Assess purity, identity, and higher-order structure of biotherapeutics
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional R&D teams
- Maintain scientific documentation and regulatory compliance
