Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will support global imaging clinical trials and collaborate with project managers, sponsors, and study sites.
Major responsibilities include:
- Coordinate imaging clinical trial activities and project timelines
- Support study start-up, execution, and close-out processes
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
- Maintain and oversee electronic Trial Master File (eTMF)
- Assist with sponsor meetings, agendas, and action tracking
- Support audits, inspections, CAPA documentation, and compliance activities
- Monitor study progress, risks, turnaround times, and milestones
- Coordinate imaging site communications and training activities
- Review billing reconciliation and project forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
For Global Project Specialist II roles, additional responsibilities include onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a Bachelorโs degree in any of the following disciplines:
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
- Pharm.D
- Life Sciences
- Biotechnology
- Clinical Research
- Healthcare or related scientific fields
Experience Required
Global Project Specialist
- Minimum 2 years of project support experience
- Minimum 2 years of CRO or pharmaceutical industry experience
Global Project Specialist II
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in global Phase III clinical trials preferred
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Understanding of clinical trial compliance and quality systems
- Experience with eTMF management
- Strong project coordination and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in medical imaging clinical trials preferred
