Both positions have the same job description, qualifications, location, and work schedule.
Work Schedule
The position requires rotational shifts:
- AM: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM
- PM: 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- NS: 08:30 PM – 05:30 AM
Job Responsibilities
The selected candidates will perform functions related to the Kit Inventory Center, including:
- Define and maintain the Kit Material Supply (KMS) system at project or site level according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project-specific requirements and limitations.
- Adjust collection-kit inventory based on reports from sites or project modifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex kit supply issues and inform the Project Manager when required.
- Assist investigator sites with researching the resupply of collection kits and materials.
- Review and research incoming orders from the Investigator Support Team.
- Adjust or customize the KMS system according to investigator-site requirements.
- Assist the Technical Administrator with complex baggie kit instructions and database issues.
- Follow management communications, meetings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Document and resolve service failures and escalate unresolved issues to management.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Science

- Master’s Degree in Science
- 6 months of work experience in the clinical research industry
