Position
Data & Report Specialist I
The Data & Report Specialist I will support the Bioanalytical Business and global Study Delivery team, with primary responsibility for creating initial drafts of bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create initial drafts of bioanalytical study reports using study data and work instructions.
- Create sample analysis and validation study plans using source data such as clinical protocols, analytical methods, and bioanalytical SOPs.
- Create and/or edit study setup information.
- Prepare study reports and other materials associated with bioanalytical studies.
- Manage tasks in project tracking systems.
- Track and document data and report completion activities.
- Support activities related to standards, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage task status tracking and time recording.
- Effectively manage time and deadlines.
- Provide general assistance to the global Study Delivery team.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months of experience in the contract research industry
- Master’s degree in Science
Required Skills
- Knowledge of GLP/GCP and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
- Understanding of GLP/GCP processes and procedures.
- Basic understanding of the contract research environment.
- Understanding of regulatory principles.
- Strong organization and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with others.
- Computer literacy.
