Data Management Associate I

Job Responsibilities

• Manage data feed configurations and data point mapping development.
• Plan and establish timelines for data feed configurations and data point mapping development.
• Perform QC of data feed configurations and data point mappings.
• Identify errors and omissions and support remediation through troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Complete mandatory Quality Assurance training sessions.
• Attend mandatory Data Management meetings.
• Participate in job shadowing and interdepartmental developmental opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training related to process and system changes or updates.
• Complete advanced training for continuing development.
• Contribute to the training and development of assigned team members.
• Apply knowledge of SOPs, validation standards, and work procedures to suggest potential improvements and provide training and guidance to staff.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in the contract research industry.
• Master’s degree in Science.

Required Skills

• Problem-solving and logic skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• Understanding of database query tools such as DB Forge or MySQL Workbench is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of SOPs, validation standards, and work procedures
