As a Contributing Scientist in Immunology and Immunotoxicology, you’ll work with a global team to deliver high-quality, interpretive reports to clients. This position demands a strong foundation in immunology and expertise in advanced laboratory techniques such as flow cytometry, immunoassays, and cell-based assays. You will play a vital role in supporting safety toxicology studies and client collaborations, ensuring the delivery of top-tier results aligned with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver interpretive reports for clients, focusing on data analysis from complex endpoints.
- Guide clients on selecting appropriate endpoints and timepoints for safety toxicology studies.
- Participate in client meetings, serving as the main point of contact for immunology and immunotoxicology projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate project execution, including procedures, analysis strategies, and study progress monitoring.
- Apply knowledge of regulatory compliance (GLP, GCP, OECD guidelines) to project execution and reporting.
- Collaborate on preparing manuscripts and posters for conferences and journals.
- Perform peer reviews of reports, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Oversee study protocols, results, and reports, adhering to predefined timelines.
- Demonstrate expertise in lab techniques, including:
- Flow Cytometry
- Immunoassays: ELISA, MSD, Luminex, PK/ADA
- Cell-Based Assays: ELISpot, CRA
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: A strong foundation in immunology, toxicology, or a related field.
- Lab Expertise: Proficiency in advanced lab techniques such as flow cytometry and immunoassays.
- Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze and interpret complex data from multiple endpoints.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GLP, GCP, and OECD guidelines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing for reports, manuscripts, and posters.
