Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Monitor and ensure compliance of in-process manufacturing activities as per SOPs and BMRs.
• Perform line clearance and document review before the start of operations.
• Verify critical process parameters, equipment status, and IPQC records during manufacturing.
• Ensure proper usage of materials, labels, and packaging components.
• Monitor and verify cleaning, changeover, and sampling activities.
• Review and approve in-process records, packaging records, and related documentation.
• Report, investigate, and follow up on deviations for timely closure.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC departments for smooth manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and maintain data integrity.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm qualification.
• 2–7 years of experience in an Injectable/Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Facility.
• Good understanding of cGMP, WHO-GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of documentation practices and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and utilities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
