Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Associate, you will:

  • Enter clinical trial data accurately using Clinical Data Management (CDM) software.
  • Assist in reviewing and resolving data queries with sponsors or monitoring staff.
  • Track CRF pages received, data entered, and query resolution status.
  • Support CDM with database testing, edit checks, and data reconciliation.
  • Assist in coding, electronic data transfers, and reporting outputs.
  • Develop and maintain communication with lead CDMs and project teams.
  • Generate reports, listings, and project updates as required.
  • Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes/agenda.
  • Support data management systems and study progress tracking (Novotrak, CRF & query flow, safety reports).
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and general administrative support.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCDMP guidelines, ICH-GCP, and company quality policies.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate in clinical or life sciences or allied fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the research, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
  • Familiarity with clinical data management, CDM software, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
