Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate, you will:
- Enter clinical trial data accurately using Clinical Data Management (CDM) software.
- Assist in reviewing and resolving data queries with sponsors or monitoring staff.
- Track CRF pages received, data entered, and query resolution status.
- Support CDM with database testing, edit checks, and data reconciliation.
- Assist in coding, electronic data transfers, and reporting outputs.
- Develop and maintain communication with lead CDMs and project teams.
- Generate reports, listings, and project updates as required.
- Participate in project meetings and prepare minutes/agenda.
- Support data management systems and study progress tracking (Novotrak, CRF & query flow, safety reports).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and general administrative support.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, GCDMP guidelines, ICH-GCP, and company quality policies.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in clinical or life sciences or allied fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the research, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry.
- Familiarity with clinical data management, CDM software, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
