Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Associate at TCS, you will:
- Analyze complex safety data and perform case assessment in ARGUS or ARISg
- Code, validate, and enter ICSR (Individual Case Safety Report) information
- Perform all steps of the case-handling process independently
- Ensure compliance with local and global PV regulations
- Conduct follow-up procedures and ensure timely closure
- Support improvements in safety systems, workflows, and SOPs
- Work within strict timelines and deliver quality-compliant outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bpharm/ Mpharm/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BDS/ Msc (Biotechnology, Zoology)
- Experience: 1 to 4 years in Pharmacovigilance
- Hands-on exposure to Drug Safety, ICSR Case Processing, ARGUS or ARISg
- Strong analytical ability to interpret complex PV data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and meet strict timelines
Preferred Skillsets
- Good understanding of global PV compliance
- Experience with MedDRA coding and narrative writing
- Knowledge of safety regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
