Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Fluency & AI Tool Training
- Conduct training sessions to help colleagues adopt AI tools, analytics, and digital workflows.
2. Vendor & Technology Collaboration
- Work with external vendors to co-develop AI-based digital applications for analytical workflows.
3. Automation & Lab of the Future (LoTF) Projects
- Support cross-functional teams in automation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
4. Model Development for TRS100
- Collaborate with experts and vendors to build and validate TRS100 models.
5. Computational Modeling
- Apply machine learning, AI, mechanistic models, statistics, and data-driven modeling for process characterization and monitoring.
6. Chemistry & Analytical Support
- Use strong fundamentals in chemistry and analytical techniques to ensure accuracy in all project deliverables.
7. Reporting & Visualization
- Present analysis, results, and progress using data visualization tools to internal and external stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
- UG/PG student in:
- Chemical Engineering
- Biochemical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Process Control Engineering
- Pharmaceutical Engineering
- Biotechnology
- Chemistry
- Analytics or related disciplines
- Strong academic understanding of:
- Data-driven modeling
- Mechanistic modeling
- Numerical methods
- Computational techniques
- Experience with:
- Python, R, MATLAB, C/C++
- Linux-based HPC environments
- Excellent communication, organizational & team collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building digital applications for labs.
