Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Officer / Executive to join our Peptide Manufacturing team in Ahmednagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in peptide production while adhering to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Material Management: Issue and receipt of raw materials required for peptide manufacturing.
✔ Batch Processing: Charging of batches and executing all process-related operations as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and standard procedures.
✔ Peptide Production: Manufacture peptide products following BMR guidelines in the peptide plant.
✔ Equipment Handling: Perform operations, calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of process equipment while maintaining usage logs.
✔ Process Monitoring: Track Process & Cleaning Turnaround Time (TR) during peptide synthesis and purification.
✔ Yield & Parameter Monitoring: Monitor process parameters and yield to ensure optimal efficiency.
✔ Cost & Waste Reduction: Focus on reducing solvent usage, minimizing instrument downtime, decreasing batch failures, and reducing waste generation.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm or related field in Life Sciences/Chemistry.
- Experience: Prior experience in peptide manufacturing, API production, or pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of GMP, BMR, SOPs, and process optimization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor process parameters, troubleshoot issues, and improve yield.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
