Key Responsibilities
- Point of Contact: Serve as the liaison among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Information Management: Ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
- Calendar Management: Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor daily expenses and prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Clerical Oversight: Supervise the performance of clerical staff.
- Office Management: Maintain office supply inventory and act as the office manager.
- Communication Formatting: Prepare and format internal and external communications (memos, emails, presentations, reports).
- Minutes Taking: Record minutes during meetings.
- Call Screening: Screen and direct phone calls and manage correspondence.
- Filing System: Organize and maintain the office filing system.
