IQVIA is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Safety Aggregate Report Coordinator to join their team in Kolkata, India. The successful candidate will manage administrative support for deliverables across Safety Aggregate Reporting and Analytics (SARA) services, including safety aggregate reports, literature surveillance, signal detection, and benefit-risk management services.
Essential Functions
The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and attend planning meetings, document minutes, and manage workflows for controlled documents.
- Project Tracking: Set up and maintain trackers for new projects, update schedules, and ensure accurate entry in SARA/BRM/LR deliverables trackers.
- Metrics Management: Assist with metrics reconciliation, audits, training tasks, and monitor SARA-specific mailboxes.
- Document Preparation: Format and compile documents with necessary attachments/appendices.
- Database Assistance: Support database validation by performing user testing and ad hoc searches.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate team/department meetings, manage document dispatches, reserve meeting rooms, and provide general support.
- File Management: Maintain and organize electronic file systems and SharePoint sites for the SARA team.
- Compliance and Training: Follow all relevant SOPs and ensure timely execution and documentation of required training.
- Innovation Support: Contribute to technology and innovation activities within the department.
Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in drug safety or literature surveillance.
- Education: Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
