Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Surveillance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical studies by:

  1. Evaluating Laboratory Results:
    • Under supervision, monitor and analyze laboratory data daily from sponsor-designated central labs or data management systems.
  2. Safety Monitoring:
    • Oversee laboratory safety parameters for patients at each site throughout clinical drug trials.
  3. Data Review:
    • Conduct preliminary reviews of lab results relative to established protocol-specific reference range guidelines.
  4. Trend Analysis:
    • Compare current lab results with prior values to identify trends or significant changes.
  5. Communication:
    • Collaborate with investigator sites for clinical assessments and consult with Sponsor/IQVIA physicians for medical evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior experience in clinical research or medical surveillance are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of laboratory data and clinical trial processes is an advantage.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
