Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Surveillance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting clinical studies by:
- Evaluating Laboratory Results:
- Under supervision, monitor and analyze laboratory data daily from sponsor-designated central labs or data management systems.
- Safety Monitoring:
- Oversee laboratory safety parameters for patients at each site throughout clinical drug trials.
- Data Review:
- Conduct preliminary reviews of lab results relative to established protocol-specific reference range guidelines.
- Trend Analysis:
- Compare current lab results with prior values to identify trends or significant changes.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with investigator sites for clinical assessments and consult with Sponsor/IQVIA physicians for medical evaluations.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with prior experience in clinical research or medical surveillance are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of laboratory data and clinical trial processes is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
