Responsibilities in the Job

As an Associate Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of pharmacovigilance activities within the company:

  • Acknowledge and adhere to SOPs/WIs: Read and acknowledge IQVIA and customer-controlled procedural documents.
  • Training & Certification: Complete necessary training and certification to work independently while ensuring all training is documented.
  • System Administration: Perform system administration tasks to manage access to the global safety database, addressing any system issues such as slowness or error messages.
  • Pharmacovigilance Support: Track, allocate, and process pharmacovigilance-related queries using a customer-specific ticketing tool.
  • Collaborative Work: Work with stakeholders and customers to meet project deliverables while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
  • Audit Support: Represent the team during internal and customer audits, providing necessary documentation.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in testing system enhancements and modifications.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Associate Operations Specialist position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare-related discipline).
  • Experience: Prior experience in operations support or pharmacovigilance is desirable.
