Responsibilities in the Job

- Acknowledge and adhere to SOPs/WIs: Read and acknowledge IQVIA and customer-controlled procedural documents.
- Training & Certification: Complete necessary training and certification to work independently while ensuring all training is documented.
- System Administration: Perform system administration tasks to manage access to the global safety database, addressing any system issues such as slowness or error messages.
- Pharmacovigilance Support: Track, allocate, and process pharmacovigilance-related queries using a customer-specific ticketing tool.
- Collaborative Work: Work with stakeholders and customers to meet project deliverables while adhering to quality standards and timelines.
- Audit Support: Represent the team during internal and customer audits, providing necessary documentation.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Assist in testing system enhancements and modifications.
Qualifications
