• Skills: Downstream processing, TFF system, buffer preparation and QMS elements including change control, deviation, CAPA, OOS and OOT.

Upstream Processing – Executive / Sr. Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech./B.Tech. in Biotechnology & Biochemistry
• Experience: 5–9 years
• Skills: Upstream processing, viral revival, seed propagation, media & seed preparation, bioreactor operations and QMS processes.

Drug Product Manufacturing

Aseptic – Technician

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical or Fitter
• Experience: 2–6 years
• Skills: Operating and troubleshooting vial labelling machines, PFS labelling machines and aseptic shop-floor management.

Engineering & Maintenance

Instrumentation & Automation – Assistant Manager

• Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in EC Engineering
• Experience: 7–12 years
• Skills: PLC/SCADA programming and troubleshooting of process equipment such as autoclaves, chromatography systems, TFF and filling equipment.

Instrumentation & Automation / Process Maintenance – Technician

• Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / E&C Engineering

• Responsibilities include shift maintenance activities for Drug Substance and Drug Product processes and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment.

Quality Assurance

• Relevant areas: In-process quality assurance, vendor qualification, process validation and cleaning validation.

Quality Control

Bioassay / Biochemistry / QMS – Executive / Sr. Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech./B.Tech. in Biotechnology/Biochemistry
• Experience: 5–9 years
• Relevant expertise: Bioassay, host cell protein (HCP), host cell DNA (HCD), RM/PM, bioprocess, impurities and QMS.

Mammalian Pilot

AM / Executive

• Qualification: B.Tech./M.Tech./M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology or Biochemistry
• Experience: 5–12 years
• Relevant areas: Downstream processing, upstream processing, quality control/quality assurance and engineering.
