1. Quality Control (API)
- Position: Executive / Officer / Chemist
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Qualification: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm
Job Description:
- Conduct analysis using Wet lab/Chemical/Stability/In-process lab & Micro lab instruments like UV, Autotitrator, Muffer Furnace, IR, Potentiometer, Karlfisher, pH meter, etc.
- Analytical exposure in HPLC/GC/LCMS/GCMS operations & Micro related testing like Microbiology Lab.
- Validation protocol/Validation of Sterility Test MLT, Microbiological limit Test Reconciliation & Water Analysis, Temperature & Environmental Monitoring.
- Engage in Stability Sample Management, Protocol Preparation, QMS (OOS, OOT & Incident Investigation).
2. Production (API)
- Position: Executive / Officer / Chemist
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Chemical), M.Sc. (Chemistry)
Job Description:
- Experience with Solvent Recovery, Batch Planning, Manpower Handling, Production, Batch Manufacturing, Reactors, GMP, Filters, Centrifugation, Glr, Dryer, Centrifuge, Filtration, SSR, FBD, RCVD, VTD, STD, JET MILL, MULTI MILL, BLENDER, SHIFTER, etc.
3. Process Excellence – Chemistry Lab
- Position: Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Qualification: BE (Chemical) / M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
Job Description:
- Experience with QMS (Deviations, Investigations, CCP/TCCP, QRM, etc.)
- SOP contents & preparations, documents & software handling.
- Knowledge of GMP culture, QMS terminologies, PPA, Dryer, Milling, Sifting, Jet Mill, Micronisation, process improvement, cost reduction, Solvent and Effluent reduction, Capacity Enhancement & PSD development.
4. Tech Absorption (API)
- Position: Executive / Officer
- Experience: 3 to 10 years
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Chemical)
Job Description:
- Planning & scheduling R&D project activities & scale-up activities for pilot plant scale and commercial scale.
- Engage in tech transfer activities and create technical content as a part of technology transfer activities.
- Equipment mapping, Risk assessments reports, Batch production records, Process Flow diagrams, etc.
- Perform engineering calculations to enable equipment sizing, equipment design and suitability evaluation.
- Monitor production and processes on the shop floor after they go live and identify trouble spots in new products and troubleshoot them effectively.
- Take up initiatives to improve productivity and technical accuracy.
- Review of BPRs, ECRs, log books as per tech pack given by R&D and validation closure reports by the production department.
