1. Senior Executive – Production Vial Washing (Injectables)

Job Overview

This role is suitable for experienced B.Pharm or M.Pharm candidates with hands-on exposure to vial washing operations in injectables manufacturing. The selected candidate will support equipment supervision, manufacturing activity handling and related production support work.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Autoclave and Steam sterilization.
• Supervision of Vial Washing and Tunnel.
• Handling Manufacturing Activity and Manufacturing Support Activity.
• Handling Integrity Machine and PH Meter.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm
• M.Pharm

Experience Required

• 2–5 years in vial washing production activities.

2. Senior Executive – Production Packing

Job Overview

This position is for candidates with experience in packing operations, documentation, label control and GMP compliance. The role involves packing supervision, reconciliation activities and handling change controls or deviations as required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise VI Packing and Dispatch activities.
• Manage manpower and daily operations.
• Maintain documentation, SAP entries and label control.
• Ensure cGMP, GDP and data integrity compliance.
• Dispense packing materials and update cold room records.
• Conduct training and handle deviations/change controls.

• B.Pharm

Experience Required

• 2–5 years in packing production activities.

3. Senior Executive – Production Filling (Injectables)

Job Overview

This role is intended for candidates with strong experience in filling operations for injectables, including lyophilization exposure. The work includes in-process production activities, filling, packing execution and GMP-compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for in-process production related activities in DP manufacturing, filling and packing sections.
• Preparation of batch manufacturing records, process validation protocols/reports of DP area and associated records.
• Execution and review of IQ, OQ and PQ of equipment.
• Responsible for calibration and qualification programs of equipment in the DP area.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm
• M.Pharm

Experience Required

• 4–8 years in filling and lyophilization production activities.
