Job Overview
This role is part of the Production – Vial Washing department for injectables. The position requires hands-on experience in vial washing activities and the ability to support aseptic and sterile manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of Autoclave and Steam sterilization.
- Supervision of Vial Washing and Tunnel.
- Handling Manufacturing Activity and Manufacturing Support Activity.
- Handling Integrity Machine and PH Meter.

2. Sr. Executive – Production, Filling
Job Overview
This Sr. Executive role is for the Production – Filling department in injectables. Candidates should have relevant experience in filling and lyophilization, including in-process production activities and documentation in a GMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for In-process production related activities in DP manufacturing, filling, and packing sections.
- Preparation of batch manufacturing records, process validation protocol/report of DP area and its associated records.
- Execution and review of IQ, OQ, PQ of equipment.
- Responsible for calibration and qualification program of equipment of DP area.

3. Executive – Production, Packing
Job Overview
This Executive position is for the Production – Packing department. The role involves supervision of packing and dispatch activities, daily manpower handling, documentation and compliance with cGMP, GDP and data integrity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise VI Packing & Dispatch activities.
- Manage manpower and daily operations.
- Maintain documentation, SAP entries & label control.
- Ensure cGMP, GDP & Data Integrity compliance.
- Dispense packing materials and update cold room records.
- Conduct training and handle deviations/change controls.
