Position Overview
Innovassynth is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Researcher to join their R&D team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of laboratory experience in synthetic and organic chemistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Experimentation: Design, conduct, and evaluate laboratory experiments in synthetic and organic chemistry.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of experimental procedures and results in compliance with company standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a high standard of work practices.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct literature reviews to stay updated on advancements in synthetic and organic chemistry.
- Team Support: Assist in scaling lab experiments to kilo-lab scale, maintain laboratory resources, and support colleagues in their research activities.
- Quality Management: Uphold and implement the R&D Quality Management System to meet internal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or Inorganic Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–3 years in chemical research or a laboratory environment.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
