Roles and Responsibilities
New Business & Underwriting Support
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of proposal forms and supporting documents.
- Support medical and financial underwriting assessments according to approved guidelines.
- Analyse customer information, medical reports, and financial documents.
- Maintain accurate underwriting records and case documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and branch teams for pending requirements.
- Assist in policy issuance within defined service timelines.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product launches and system enhancements.
Service & Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards.
- Follow compliance, audit, regulatory, and internal process requirements.
- Resolve underwriting-related stakeholder queries within agreed timelines.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily productivity and underwriting reports.
- Prepare and update MIS reports and case trackers.
- Support data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Sales, IT, and Customer Service teams.
- Support smooth and timely policy processing.
- Participate in team discussions and process review meetings.
Qualifications and Eligibility
