Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support laboratory and research activities within the API R&D and process development environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting laboratory activities related to API R&D and process development.
- Preparing and handling laboratory samples, solutions and reagents.
- Performing laboratory experiments according to approved procedures and instructions.
- Maintaining laboratory records, observations and required documentation.
- Operating laboratory instruments and equipment according to applicable SOPs.
- Supporting analytical testing and coordinating with the Analytical Development team.
- Following GMP, GLP, EHS and laboratory safety requirements.
- Maintaining laboratory housekeeping and proper 5S practices.
- Ensuring appropriate handling, labelling and storage of chemicals and samples.
Required Qualification
Candidates should have an M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized institution. Freshers as well as candidates with relevant laboratory or API R&D experience may apply, depending on the position.
Preferred Skills
Candidates with the following knowledge and skills will be preferred:
- Basic understanding of Organic Chemistry and API R&D processes.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices.
- Understanding of GMP and GLP requirements.
- Good documentation and record-keeping abilities.
