Position: Research Associate – CEA
As a Research Associate (Strategic Recruiting), you will help expand Guidepoint’s expert network across targeted industries and functions. The role focuses on proactive expert sourcing, high-volume outbound communication, screening, qualification, and expert onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit senior industry professionals, including executives, operators, customers, investors, and subject matter experts.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone, LinkedIn, and email.
- Communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition to senior professionals.
- Screen and qualify experts based on relevance, experience, and suitability.
- Build and maintain accurate expert profiles in Guidepoint’s CRM systems.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand sector priorities and coverage gaps.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting KPIs.
- Refine outreach strategies based on response rates and conversion trends.
- Support onboarding and early activation of newly recruited experts.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher with strong academic performance.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, B2B sales, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach as a core daily activity.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work a fixed US-hours night shift from the office.
- A results-oriented mindset and experience meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
