ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Selected apprentices will gain practical exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems. Key responsibilities may include:
• Assisting in quality control and quality assurance activities
• Supporting microbiological testing and laboratory documentation
• Learning GMP and regulatory compliance procedures
• Assisting production teams in manufacturing operations
• Maintaining batch records and documentation practices
• Following safety and hygiene protocols in manufacturing areas
This program will help candidates understand real pharmaceutical workflows and compliance standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
• B.Pharm graduate OR
• B.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology
• Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or microbiology is preferred
• Good communication and documentation skills
SALARY AND BENEFITS
Although this is an apprenticeship program, candidates will receive industry exposure along with financial support.
Estimated Stipend
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month
