Responsibilities

As an apprentice at OneSource Specialty Pharma, you will:

• Assist in drug product (DP) and drug substance (DS) manufacturing processes under expert supervision.
• Support quality assurance and quality control tasks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Contribute to engineering and project activities, including equipment maintenance and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative pharmaceutical solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Qualifications

To be eligible for the OneSource Apprentice Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Educational Background:
  • DP Manufacturing: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Microbiology/Chemistry.
  • DS Manufacturing: M.Sc. in Biotechnology or Microbiology.
  • Engineering & Projects: B.E. in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Quality Assurance & Services: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Biotechnology.
  • Quality Control: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc. in Chemistry.
• Year of Completion: 2024 or 2025 graduates only.
• Certificates: Must possess a provisional certificate, degree certificate, or all semester marksheets.
• Eligibility Note: Candidates with prior ESI (Employee State Insurance) or PF (Provident Fund) coverage are not eligible.
