We are seeking a QA/QC Executive to join our team in Baska. The successful candidate will operate QC Analytical Services in compliance with safety norms and cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process, finished products, and stability samples to ensure they meet approved specifications.
- Ensure analysis, recording of tests, and interpretation of data comply with cGMP standards.
- Communicate progress and escalate issues to line manager or senior analyst.
- Verify analytical raw data and release results from the QC Analytical department as appropriate.
- Write SOPs, protocols, reports, and risk assessments as necessary.
- Document quality records such as non-conformances and develop CAPAs and change controls as required.
- Stay updated on regulatory and scientific developments.
- Receive samples into the lab from internal and external customers.
- Ensure all equipment within the QC department is calibrated and serviced.
- Handle instruments like Karl Fischer, Autotitrator, Potentiometer, Melting Point, HPLC, Refractive Index, pH Meter, Conductivity Meter, Viscometer, NIR, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer (Shimadzu), IR, and Malvern 3000.
