Job Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyst – Bioanalytical Research

• Perform bioanalytical analysis of plasma, serum, urine, and tissue samples
• Operate LC-MS/MS and HPLC systems
• Support method development, optimization, and validation
• Execute sample preparation and extraction procedures
• Maintain raw data, laboratory notebooks, and analytical reports

2. BQM – Bioanalytical Quality Management

• Review chromatograms, calibration curves, and QC samples
• Verify bioanalytical method validation (BMV) and cross-validation reports
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, US FDA, EMA, and CDSCO
• Maintain ALCOA+ data integrity principles
• Review SOPs, protocols, and study plans

3. Custodian – Sample Management

• Receive, log, and verify biological samples as per protocol
• Ensure correct labeling, segregation, and storage
• Maintain chain-of-custody and inventory records
• Monitor freezer temperatures and alarm systems
• Coordinate sample issuance and reconciliation

Educational Qualifications

• UG: B.Pharm (Any Specialization)
• PG: M.Pharm / M.Sc / MS (Any Specialization)
