1. Apprentice – TMF Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and TMF processes.
- Manage eTMF (electronic Trial Master File), including document classification, quality checks, and audit readiness.
- Support audits, resolve findings, and maintain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and client satisfaction.
- Participate in audits, meetings, and business improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate in Life Sciences or MTech/B.Tech.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and visualization/analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Apprentice – Asst Clinical Data Analyst

- Follow departmental SOPs and complete required trainings.
- Review and action queries, update databases, and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform ongoing and final consistency checks, data listings review, and other data management activities.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP principles and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- University/college degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and clinical research.
- Demonstrated computer literacy and attention to detail.
