Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Medical Information Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products by providing evidence-based, non-promotional information to healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing global inbox activities, including case processing of adverse events, quality complaints, and medical inquiries.
- Documenting and triaging adverse events and product complaints.
- Writing detailed reports and coordinating responses to quality-related issues.
- Managing medical communication operations and drug safety tasks as directed by management.
- Mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with EVERSANA’s performance standards.
- Conducting peer reviews and quality monitoring to maintain excellence in operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or related Life Sciences degree.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong documentation abilities.
- Experience in medical communications, drug safety, or related fields is a plus.
