Responsibilities in the Job
As a Medical Information Specialist at EVERSANA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical products by providing comprehensive, evidence-based information. Your key responsibilities include:
- Responding to Inquiries: Addressing medical questions from healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and payers through various channels (phone, email, CRM, chat, etc.).
- Medical Literature Research: Critically evaluating and utilizing medical literature to craft responses that support informed decision-making.
- Adverse Event Handling: Documenting and assessing adverse events and product complaints as per industry and client protocols, adhering to the U.S. FDA’s post-marketing adverse event reporting regulations.
- Collaboration with Departments: Coordinating with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant departments to manage product quality-related complaints.
- Maintaining Expertise: Staying updated on specific products, therapeutic areas, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications
