Job Description
Clario is seeking a Clinical Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves working closely with Imaging Business Units, Medical & Scientific teams, and Clinical Data Management to ensure software solutions align with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirement Specification & Documentation
- Understand and translate clinical protocols, imaging charters, and compliance reports into software requirements.
- Document and manage design requirements for accurate software mapping.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review and refine requirements.
2. Support Development & Validation
- Guide development and validation teams on requirement clarifications.
- Assist in UAT testing, bug resolution, and software deployment.
3. Medical & Scientific Collaboration
- Provide input to Medical & Scientific teams for study document alignment.
- Attend internal/external meetings to capture software needs.
4. Product & Project Management Support
- Contribute to product enhancements and feature development.
- Assist Clinical Project Management with timelines and scope changes.
5. Clinical Data Management
- Ensure consistency in data capture, delivery, and database structures.
- Support data mapping and query resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (2+ years of relevant experience may substitute).
- Experience:
- 2+ years as a Medical Writer, Project Manager, Clinical Business Analyst, or Clinical Data Manager.
- Clinical trial experience (preferred).
- Medical imaging knowledge (a plus).
- Experience in software configuration specifications (highly desirable).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
