Job Description

The Real-World Data (RWD) Analyst will analyze healthcare data (EHRs, claims databases, registries) to generate insights for research, clinical development, and market access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, transform, and analyze real-world data (RWD) for quality and insights.
  • Apply statistical methods (propensity score matching, survival analysis, regression models).
  • Collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and market access teams.
  • Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for RWD analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of RWD analysis experience (biopharma/healthcare preferred).
  • Proficiency in R/SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

2. Data Scientist I, GPS BI&T

Job Description

The Data Scientist I will support Global Product & Supply (GPS) with predictive modeling, simulations, and operational analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex datasets to derive business insights.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ML models, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with IT teams on data infrastructure.
  • Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
