The Global Partnering Associate plays a strategic role in ensuring that GxP vendors are qualified, compliant, and efficiently managed across global clinical trials. This directly impacts patient safety, regulatory compliance, and study timelines.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities (Clinical Vendor Management & GxP)
- Support identification, selection, and onboarding of GxP vendors
- Maintain and update approved vendor database
- Coordinate NDA execution with vendors and contracts team
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) for vendor audits
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (GDPR, UK Bribery Act, etc.)
- Participate in RFP processes and post-award study activities
- Manage vendor-related escalations with Project Managers
- Conduct governance meetings and track action items
- Drive internal feedback surveys and process improvements
๐ Qualifications & Eligibility
- B.Pharm / Life Sciences / BSc (Mandatory)
- M.Pharm / MBA (Preferred)
- PMP Certification (Added advantage)
- Minimum 4 years experience in:
- Vendor Management
- Clinical Operations
- Project Management (CRO / Pharma / Biotech)
