Roles & Responsibilities
Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth production operations and adherence to GMP standards
- Performing quality checks, testing, and documentation for QA/QC
- Conducting microbial testing and environmental monitoring in Microbiology
- Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting in Engineering
- Managing inventory, storage, and dispatch in Warehouse
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Diploma/B.Tech in relevant fields
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably injectables or formulations) is preferred, but freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, GMP) is an advantage
